I hope you can find some calm, some peace, to take a break from the crying, get some sleep, and move forward to healing yourself. While all your friends, including me, can rally around you and give you plenty of outer support. All the work to fix this comes from you, which I realize you know. So, I'll be routing for you, and I hope you figure out you are worth the effort and stop carrying all the hurt. It's not about telling yourself it doesn't hurt to be rejected or promised something and not following through. It's about really knowing that neither of those situations, or many others, should define your self worth, self esteem or self respect. That things like that hurt, temporarily, and you choose to forgive the person that hurt you, so you can move on.
